Repair of a defective DSP hardware
If you are experiencing problems with your DSP hardware, please first clarify with our support if shipping to us is necessary. To return a defective device, you need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number in advance. This is the reference to in-house processes and can be requested by email to email@example.com
After receiving your RMA number, please download the RMA form and fill it out. Describe the error as accurately as possible to provide us with a fast and efficient error search.
Send the defective device together with the completed RMA form to the following address. Please write the RMA number visible on the outside of the package.

(1) Please include connection cables, power supply, PCIe / ExpressCard etc. We need to be able to reconstruct your hardware setup to ensure we can reproduce the malfunction to find the cause.
(2) If you need to declare the unit at the customs, please describe it as a unit with a malfunction for checking at the manufacturer, with no commercial value.
